The Challenge
PizzaRev had a loyalty programme with 180,000 members but poor engagement — only 12% of members ordered more than once per month. Marketing emails averaged a 9% open rate. The team had no ability to personalise offers based on order history.
Our Approach
We integrated their POS system, loyalty platform, and email provider into a unified customer data platform. A clustering model segmented the customer base into 11 behavioural archetypes. An offer optimisation engine matched each customer to the highest-propensity offer type at send-time.
The Solution
Deployed a real-time personalisation layer feeding their email platform, app push notifications, and SMS. A/B tested personalised vs generic offers over 8 weeks. Launched a 'next best offer' feature in their customer app.
